Dear Friends, Customers, Vendors, and Staff,

During this unprecedented time I, along with senior management staff of Pap-R Products, ColorKraft, and Evergreen Mfg. in Martinsville, IL, Casey, IL, and Reno, NV, have been closely monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, with our community and employee safety as our top priority.  We are following the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines and recommendations on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus, as well as monitoring all state and federal news releases to stay up to date as new details become available.

As of this date our manufacturing facilities will remain open, as we are classified an “essential” business. Pap-R Products and ColorKraft are essential to the supply chain providing coin and currency wrapping products to banks and other financial institutions, convenience stores, various armored car/coin wrapping services, ATM rolls and receipt roll paper for essential retail businesses and carry-out food services, etc.

We have increased cleaning and sanitation procedures at all facilities to an hourly basis.  All company travel has been suspended. We have reduced staff and shifts to minimize employee exposure.  We have shared specific instructions with our employees to keep personal contact at a safe distance, and on the importance and how-to of properly washing their hands and staying home if they feel sick or are returning from an area identified as posing a coronavirus-related risk.  If a staff member, or anyone in their household, is sick they should contact the supervisor immediately.  We believe in putting the safety and well-being of our staff first.  As a result, we made the decision to temporarily restrict access to our facilities.

There is no guidebook for this situation, and it’s clear to me that change is inevitable.  We will work together to encourage each other, stay positive, and emerge with more innovative approaches to identify opportunities, and success for all of us.

Our prayers go out to all those affected by this pandemic.  Stay well my friends!

Sincerely,

Scott
