Dear Associate, 

 Due to a recent price increase in the cost of paper we will be forced to increase our pricing.
The new pricing will take effect on May 1, 2004. As you probably know this is not something
we like to do but is necessary. The continued increase in insurance, labor cost, and raw materials
will require that the price be increased approximately 6%.

We appreciate your business very much and will continue to do our very best to service you to
the best of our ability.  Please do not hesitate to give me a call any time you have questions or
concerns or if you need help working special accounts.  Once again thank you for all that you do
and keep up the good work.
